BackFlow Test Request Form

We have a quick turn-around on backflow tests, usually within five to seven days.  We charge $50 for the first test on a site and $20 for each additional test on the same site and same day.  There is no tax on this service charge.  We will file the report with the water district and send a copy to you with your invoice.  We accept credit cards and checks for payment.
