Irrigation Winterization Request Form

We are currently scheduling our winterization service visits between Oct. 17 and Nov. 12.  We charge $69.95 plus tax for the service on a 1" system up to 12 zones.  After November 12 it will be time ($50/hr.) and materials (equipment use and fuel.)  We accept credit cards and checks for payment.
